Juchheim Web Development started as a one-person consultancy in 2018, founded by Marcus Juchheim after spending five years as a lead engineer at a Series B SaaS company. The premise was simple: most agencies over-promise and under-deliver because they're optimised for sales, not craft.
We set out to do the opposite — keep the team small, stay close to the code, and build only the kind of products we'd be proud to put our names on. That meant turning down projects that didn't fit and investing deeply in the ones that did.
Over eight years, that approach compounded. We earned a reputation for shipping on time, writing code that didn't need to be rewritten, and communicating with the clarity that most clients rarely get from technical teams.
Today we're a tight team of four: two engineers, a designer, and a project lead. We take on a handful of new projects per quarter. Every client gets our full attention — not a junior team member managed at arm's length.
